To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) you are returning, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
If you are eligible for a refund, you may choose one of the following options:
